and works by other participating schools, agencies and entities that incorporate art therapy.

Welcome to the Alton School District Art Therapy Website. We are excited to be launching this for the 2015-2016 school year and hope that you find the updates provided to be informative. This format is designed to keep all students, family, staff and supporters of art therapy services informed of the exciting developments occuring throughout the year related to this service.

Art Therapy has been a part of the district since 1995 and has become a valued part of the special education services.

Due to strict guidelines for confidentiality, any art created by students or images featuring students have been included with student and parental consent.
